Decal Printed
A ceramic decal is a transfer system that is used to apply pre-printed images or designs to ceramic tableware, ornamental ware and glass containers.
The decal printed is commonly used in ceramic .
Silk Printed
Screen printing (traditionally called silkscreen printing; also known as serigraphy and serigraph printing) is a printing technique where a mesh is used to transfer ink (or dye) onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. A blade or squeegee is moved across the screen to fill the open mesh apertures with ink, and a reverse stroke then causes the screen to touch the substrate momentarily along a line of contact. This causes the ink to wet the substrate and be pulled out of the mesh apertures as the screen springs back after the blade has passed.
The screen printed logo dented. But it different from debossed effect. The screen printed can change color.
Embossed
The embossed is made on sculpture. It use clay sticking to sculpture.
Debossed
There are two type in Debossed printed. The first one is carve on sculpture. The second one is carve on complete product.
Water Transfer
Water transfer printing, also known as immersion printing, water transfer imaging, hydro dipping, watermarbling, cubic printing, Hydrographics, or HydroGraphics, is a method of applying printed designs to three-dimensional surfaces. The resulting combinations may be considered decorative art or applied art. The hydrographic process can be used on metal, plastic, glass, hard woods, and various other materials
UV printed
UV curing (ultraviolet curing) is the process by which ultraviolet light is used to initiate a photochemical reaction that generates a crosslinked network of polymers. UV curing is adaptable to printing, coating, decorating, stereolithography, and in the assembly of a variety of products and materials. In comparison to other technologies, curing with UV energy may be considered a low-temperature process, a high-speed process, and is a solventless process, as cure occurs via direct polymerization rather than by evaporation.
The coaster normal printed use UV printed.
